Applying to this school has been one of the best choices of the
last months. The love for the fusion research of all the students
literally filled the air at every lesson. The interesting talks and
evident expertise of the professors fostered my curiosity and
helped me get a better consciousness of the advances in the
modelling activities for fusion. Furthermore, this week gave me
new ideas about what I would like to pursue in my PhD, that
will start in few months. I hope to be able to apply such tools in
my future as a researcher in the fusion community.
In addition, I had a great time with passionate students from all
over the world, with whom I had the opportunity and pleasure
to share opinions and life experiences, not to mention the
evenings spent on the beach volley field, really helpful to free
the mind and get ready for the next day of lessons!
I am extremely thankful to FuseNet for funding this inspiring
and enhancing experience that I will forever remember and
that will help to shape my future as a researcher.
