To all FuseNet Members, invitees to the General Assembly,
Please indicate below whether or not you will participate in the upcoming General Assembly meeting in Sofia.
This will be a joint General Assembly meeting for the FuseNet FP7 project and the FuseNet Association. This will be a lunch-to-lunch meeting, that will take place at Sofia University in Bulgaria at 5 and 6 February, 2013. The meeting room is in the central building of Sofia University, the Rectorate. All hotels are walking distance from the meeting place. The address of the meeting room is: Sofia University, 15 Tzar Osvoboditel Blvd.
The meeting will start with lunch on Tuesday 05-Feb at 12:00 local time, and end with lunch on Wednesday 06-Feb at 14:00 local time. Lunch and dinner and a nice evening programme on the 5th will be arranged. Travel and accommodation costs (in accordance with the agreed rules) can be reimbursed individually through FuseNet by FuseNet FP7 project members only (to be reclaimed through their FORM-C).
If you do not plan to attend the GA meeting, please indicate whether you plan to participate remotely or cast your vote to another member.
We want to make good progress in shaping the future of FuseNet and Fusion Education in Europe, and are looking forward to exchanging ideas with you. We therefore hope to meet all of you in Sofia for an inspiring meeting.
