PLASMA 2017 – International Conference on Research and Application of Plasmas

In September the Institute of Plasma Physics and Laser Microfusion (IPPLM) will organize PLASMA 2017 – International Conference on Research and Application of Plasmas. It will take place from the 18th to the 22nd of September in Warsaw, Poland. Eerly registration ends at June 1st, 2017.

The conference aims at facilitating the exchange of knowledge and spreading the collaboration in various research areas between scientists and engineers from all over the world. Topics of the conference include:

  • Elementary processes and general plasma physics
  • Plasmas in tokamaks and stellarators (MCF)
  • Plasmas generated by laser beams and Inertial Confinement Fusion (ICF)
  • Plasmas produced by Z-pinch and Plasma-Focus discharges
  • Space plasmas and laboratory astrophysics
  • Plasma diagnostic methods and applications of plasmas
