The summer school was held at the Culham Science Centre in the UK from July 18 to July 28, 2022. I stayed at William Miller’s building in Oxford. The experience was great. It was an opportunity to get a broad overview of fusion problems as well as an in-depth description of plasma physics. The Professors were all competent and available for discussion and questions.

I have not been able to deepen my field of research since detailed lessons on magnetic control have not been provided. However, I have had the opportunity to meet people specialized in this field with whom I have remained in contact and with whom I hope to cooperate in the future. I also made sincere friendships and exchanged pleasant and brilliant discussions over a beer and moments of relaxation in the late afternoon.

The organizers were very helpful and friendly and the visits to the facilities were very impressive. I had the opportunity to listen and discuss with English people and therefore improve my listening and communication skills. I highly recommend this summer school that will remain forever sculpted in my heart.
